Delivery FAQ's

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

To help manage expectations, please allow the delivery timeframes shown at the top of this page to pass before contacting our customer services team. Your tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Our fastest UK delivery option is Royal Mail Priority or Special Delivery, which typically arrives the next working day. This can be selected at checkout. Please note that orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday at the earliest, excluding bank holidays.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland may take longer than the stated times due to local delivery processes and customs handling.

Can I track my order?

Luxurious Look provides a fully tracked delivery service for all parcels. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery.

If you are unable to locate this email, please check your junk or spam folder, as it may have been filtered there.

Can I change my delivery address once the order has been placed?

To ensure orders reach you as quickly as possible, all orders are processed immediately after being placed. For this reason, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been confirmed.

Do you offer click and collect?

We do not currently offer a Click & Collect service.

How does Christmas & Bank Holidays affect the delivery of my parcel?

Our offices and warehouse are closed over weekends and bank holidays, so please allow extra time for dispatch if your order is placed during these periods.

Due to reduced services from our delivery partners and brand partners over bank holidays, particularly during the Christmas and New Year period, dispatch may take longer than usual. During the festive period, this can be up to 7 working days.

My order has not arrived within the stated delivery times, what should I do?

Most orders arrive within the stated delivery timeframes. However, please allow at least 10 working days for UK deliveries and 25 working days for Republic of Ireland deliveries before contacting us, as we are unable to raise an investigation with our delivery partners until this time has passed.

The tracking says my parcel has been delivered but I haven’t received it, what should I do?

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend first checking with any nearby neighbours.

If you are still unable to locate your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered so we can investigate further. If we are not contacted within this timeframe, we may be unable to raise the issue with the courier and the parcel may be classed as successfully delivered.

My order has been returned by the courier due to not being collected / an insufficient address, what should I do?

If a parcel is returned to Luxurious Look due to an incorrect delivery address being provided, or because it was not collected from the local postal office or depot, a re-delivery charge will apply. Full details of these costs can be found on our returns page.

If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you by email. If we do not receive a response within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled and refunded in line with our returns policy. A £10 processing fee will be deducted.

If you choose to cancel the order rather than have it re-sent, the original postage and packaging costs covered by Luxurious Look, even where free delivery was applied, will be deducted from the refund in line with our returns policy. A £10 processing fee will also be charged.

Why has my order been sent with a courier I did not select at checkout?

To ensure you receive the best possible delivery service, we may occasionally upgrade or change the courier used for your order. This can depend on factors such as your delivery location, the value of the parcel, or the weight of the order.

I live in the Channel Islands. Will I have to pay VAT?

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, prices include VAT.

For deliveries to the Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland, the total price remains the same, however VAT is not charged on these orders. As VAT is not applied, customers are not entitled to a VAT refund.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently offer delivery to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. If delivery is not available to your address, you will not see any delivery options at checkout.

If you have any questions about delivery to the Republic of Ireland, our customer care team is always happy to help.

Are there any restrictions on where products can be shipped?

Due to brand agreements, some products may be subject to shipping restrictions and may not be available for delivery to the Republic of Ireland. If an item cannot be delivered to your selected destination, it may not appear on the site or a delivery option will not be available at checkout.

Please note that we are unable to ship any products containing aerosol packaging outside of the United Kingdom.

I am a Republic of Ireland customer. Will I have to pay customs duty?

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes, including VAT, may be charged once your order reaches its destination. Luxurious Look is not responsible for these charges and we are unable to calculate or estimate them in advance. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are ordering from the Republic of Ireland, we recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information on potential charges and procedures. As the purchaser, you are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring your order complies with local import regulations.

Please note that parcels may be inspected by customs on arrival and Luxurious Look cannot guarantee that packaging will remain free from signs of inspection. United Kingdom consumer protection laws may not apply outside the UK.

If, after placing an order, you choose not to pay the required customs charges, the parcel may be returned to Luxurious Look. Any refund issued will be reduced by the customs charges, any courier return costs (where applicable), and the original dispatch costs paid by Luxurious Look, even where free delivery was applied. Refunds will only be processed once the returned parcel has been received by us. Delivery charges paid on the original order are not eligible for a refund.

Delivery Terms & Policy

Delivery Terms

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Bank Holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day at the earliest, subject to stock availability.

If delivery is not possible within 28 days for UK orders from the date your order is received, we will keep you informed and offer the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

If an item is out of stock, we aim to contact you within 5 working days of your order being placed. Where possible, we may offer an alternative product or advise when the item is expected to be back in stock.

Luxurious Look cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including customs clearance or busy holiday periods. In these situations, original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If a parcel is deemed lost in transit, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund until 10 to 28 working days after the shipping date, depending on the delivery destination. This is subject to the completion of a non-receipt form.

Any goods not received must be reported to Luxurious Look by email within 5 working days from dispatch for UK deliveries and 25 working days from dispatch for Republic of Ireland deliveries.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery being logged. We will then begin our non-receipt process.

A replacement or refund cannot be offered until the non-receipt form has been fully completed and returned within 5 working days, and an investigation has been carried out. Investigations can take up to 28 working days, depending on the courier.

Failure to meet the timeframes outlined above may result in us being unable to investigate the issue with the courier, and the parcel may be deemed successfully delivered.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries where the address supplied is inaccurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we are unable to re-send or refund the order until the original parcel has been returned to our premises.

If you choose to receive a refund in this instance, a £5.00 charge will be deducted from the refund amount. If you choose to have the items re-sent, additional courier charges will apply, even if a delivery fee was paid on the original order.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout. For new customers placing their first order, we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address if it differs from the delivery address.

Upon delivery, you may be asked to sign for your parcel to confirm it has been received in good condition. If your parcel appears damaged, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.

Additional Delivery Terms for International Orders

Bulk or large quantity orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to additional shipping charges if the parcel exceeds our standard weight limits. If this applies to your order, a member of our team will contact you to advise on the additional shipping cost before dispatch.

We always aim to ensure deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, including express services, are completed within the stated timeframes. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, remote delivery locations, or busy holiday periods. In these cases, original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT. Luxurious Look has no control over these charges and they are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions regarding customs charges, please contact us before placing your order.
