Delivery Information

*General notes

Our aim is to provide a high quality service for our customers which means we always try to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours unless the product is out of stock, then you will be notified by email. A signature may be required on delivery of your parcel.

Please note if you leave a specific message for us at the checkout, for example: "Please leave delivery in shed", then we do not hold any responsibility for the package. It is left at your risk and we will not refund or re-send replacement products if you do not receive the delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked Next Day

Mainland UK: Orders placed by 12pm will be delivered the next day.
Highlands & Islands: We are unable to guarantee next working day delivery.


(Orders placed before 11.59am Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day, orders placed before 11.59am on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday. Bank holidays & weekends are excluded.)



Our Returns Policy

We always want you to be happy with your online order so we offer a 30 day no quibble guarantee on all products purchased through Luxuriouslook. If you are not totally satisfied with your products or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s). Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order.

There are some exceptions on returns for reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any products that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been.

For damaged, faulty or incorrect items received please contact us so we can sort out the problem.


If you wish to cancel an order pleae let us know as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped then you will receive a full refund minus the postage paid. Please contact us so we can email you the form. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Preparing a Return

Please package your product(s) securely and return using a courier like Royal Mail. You will also need to include a brief note including your name and address, preferably the order number and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s).

European Delivery Information

We are currently not shipping outside of the UK

For European and International customers, we are unable to offer a freepost returns label. Delivery charges incurred will not be refunded.
