Subscribing to Luxurious Look delivery pass
To subscribe to Luxurious Look delivery pass, you must have a valid e-mail address registered to your account. Simply create one, or log in to your account, add the delivery pass to your basket and check out as usual.
Purchasing Luxurious Look delivery pass
The service costs £9.99 for a 12 month subscription and entitles you to receive unlimited free UK Only, Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on ALL products listed on luxuriouslook.co.uk with no minimum spend. The charge for the Luxurious Look delivery pass service will not normally be included in any other offer or incentive. You can purchase the Luxurious Look delivery pass here.
Activating Luxurious Look delivery pass
The service will be activated within 48 hours of sign up. You will receive an email confirming that your delivery pass is active. You delivery pass subscription will expire 365 days after the confirmation email is sent.
If you place an order before your delivery pass has been activated, you will be charged for delivery if your order is under £25.
Using Luxurious Look delivery pass
Once your delivery pass is activated, you will automatically be offered the option of free standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) on all purchases at checkout. You must be logged in using the Luxurious Look account associated with your delivery pass.
Not included with Luxurious Look delivery pass:
The delivery pass entitles you to free UK delivery using the Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery service. It does not include:
1. Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour delivery (chargeable at £4.99)
2. DPD Tracked next day delivery (chargeable at £5.99)
3. Delivery outside of the UK.
Cancellation rights for Luxurious Look delivery pass
Luxurious Look delivery pass can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel this subscription within its first 14 days and the service has not been used you will be refunded in full. If you wish to do so, please contact customer services at info@luxuriouslook.co.uk.
After the first 14 days, no refund will be given and access to Luxurious Look delivery pass will immediately stop. To cancel after 14 days please contact info@luxuriouslook.co.uk.
Renewing Luxurious Look delivery pass
You will be contacted before your 12 month subscription ends with instructions of how to renew. Your subscription will not automatically renew.
Fair Usage
Delivery Pass is for personal use only. You can order as many times as you want, but it's subject to a fair use policy - just to make sure people are not taking advantage of this great proposition, which may include making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on, the service (e.g., ordering and/or returning items beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use).
